Atomizer is great
Using the atomizer to administer nasal Midazolam to my epileptic dog after a seizure. Works great. Midazolam comes from the vet as a liquid in a syringe but needs an atomizer to make it a nasal spray. Needed an extra one so this did the trick

I like the fact that you can just buy the refills for the top of the syringe.

Doesn't do anything
Just take a regular syringe and shoot it up your nose. It's the same thing. This doesn't mist at all.

Breaks easy and goes into nasal cavity
Everyone I have had of these the nasal tip breaks off after a short time of use. Once it lodged inside my nasal cavity. Unless you want to get plastic stuck in your nose stay away.
