Most calcium supplements are ginormous hard horse pills that are hard to swallow. These are actually soft gels that go down easy. They also contain vitamins C, D, and K to help the body absorb the calcium. Whoever came up with these is my hero!

Easy swallow

Surprised to say it, but this has become my favorite Calcium AKG product on the market. It helped to significantly treat a reoccurring injury in my metatarsal 1 that I've had for over a decade. Calcium AKG is one of my favorite body repair supplements. I never knew I could like a liposomal CaAKG until I tried this one. Previously I was loyal to ProHealth (non-liposomal) and convinced that liposomal was a gimmick. But with the D3 in the product, it is now essential, because D3 is fat soluble and now the solubility is included. That along with the K2 creates a beautiful product. This brand is my new favorite for repairs after a tough workout or following a late night of swing dancing with people half my age. I still miss the EAS GKG, but so far, this is about as good as it gets for tools in the arsenal for human body repair in a bottle.

Been taking the supplement for about two weeks now but don't know if it is helping. The pills are easy to swallow.

Dr recommended calcium added to my diet as I have developed a sensitivity to dairy. This is the brand that was recommended. I like that it contains more than just calcium.

I've been taking these for about 5 months, (along with extra D3 + K2) Just had a dexa scan.,. and VERY happy to report that my T score on my hip in 2022 was 1.2 and this year... 0.9 a 5% Increase!!

I have been taking these for a couple of weeks. I like that I can take them on an empty stomach and they don’t cause any kind of gastric upset. I initially ordered them because they include K2 to complement my vitamin D supplements.
