This is the product to get if you have muscle cramps.
I am a long time user of this product. I take Magnesium, unfortunately, I still get muscle cramps in my feet and my lower extremities. I let someone borrow it. They begged me to keep it. I couldn't refuse because she is a favorite person. I kept meaning to order it again. When I saw that Amazon not only had the liquid and they even have it in a roll-on.I ordered both and now I am a happy person again. If I don't have time before bed I use the roll-on. I love this product. If you have similar problems get this. Either one or both forms they are "Great"!

Does an Amazing job of stopping muscle cramping
Got a foot or leg cramp in the middle of the night? Roll this on and in a couple of minutes it's gone. I also use it when I get up in the morning on an achy back. TOTALLY recommend this product.

No noticeable difference
This product didn't work for me. Doesn't mean it might not work for others. As a chef I'm on my feet all the time and doing alot of heavy lifting, bending, and twisting. I used the product on my tight calves and back and didn't really notice any difference.
