Nice heat pad , use it often for my neck and shoulder pain. Initially, there's a funny smell which slowly fades away. Every bit worth for the price. Saved me from using pain killers and use it as and when after a gym session. Good thing us you can reheat it as many times and the heat stays long .

Great wheat bag, warms well in microwave and maintains hear for about half an hour, perfect for putting on sore muscles. Washable cover is a bonus.

Works well, good and long as needed for ankle, wraps right around my ankle. Smells a bit strange but not offensive.

Good size and does work well. Just doesn't hold heat for long. Smells like cooked plain pasta.

Using the recommended heating time , it doesn’t feel hot enough but is effective and holds the warmth .

Absolutely amazing!!! I actually have 2 now because I gym a lot and sometimes just need it for when my muscles get a little achy. I prefer using it for heat rather than cold as I hage ice packs that stay in the freezer. It does get quite hot but sits nicely wherever I place it on my body and I prefer the "neutral" smell over the scented smells.

It seems to hold the heat a bit better as you use it more. I'd say the one I had previously which was all beads (not sure what they were made of) was probably better for heat retention. The other thing is you have to heat this a bit longer than they suggest to get any sort of lasting heat. My old one I would heat for 2 minutes which was plenty. This one takes 3 minutes before I get any sort of lasting heat. Be careful though and test it as every microwave is different power wise. My microwave is pretty big but I'm not sure the wattage. Last thing that some may find annoying about this bag is the smell. Some said it goes away but it never has for me. It smells after every heat up inside the microwave. I would compare the smell to slightly burnt earthy popcorn. So it's not offensive but could be annoying for some. Seems to be all natural which is why I chose to keep it.

This heat pad has been really helpful for easing neck and shoulder tension — it holds heat well, is super soft, and the washable corduroy cover feels cozy against the skin. I love how evenly the heat distributes thanks to the two-chamber design, and it’s the perfect size for draping across my neck or lower back. That said, when I first opened the package, it had a pretty unpleasant smell — kind of earthy and musty. I left it out to air for a day or two and that helped a lot, and now I barely notice it after a few uses in the microwave. Overall, it’s still a great value and does exactly what I needed, but be prepared for that initial scent if you’re sensitive to smells.
