Thank you so much! I definitely recommend this seller and backpack set.My daughter was so excited for this backpack set. The design is so cute! The flexibility to have it rolling or wear it on your back is great. However after 2 days, the bow fell off. After slightly less than 2 weeks of school use, the whole back seam along the back and bottom ripped! She doesn’t carry any heavy books either!

This bag is good quality and the color is vibrant

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this in September. When I got it, the handle would not go down all the way without force. Eventually, it stopped working all together. The straps that held the bag to the platform come out very easily. The pocket is too small to carry all my daughter's school books/supplies (she is in 5th grade). The lunch bag strap broke. The platform constantly folds in. It did last til now for a $39 roller bag which is why I gave it two stars, but I've also bought bags for this price that have lasted much longer.UPDATE: the seller contacted me and corrected the issue and said the manufacturer would be informed of the product defects. They handled the situation very well so I changed me review to 5 stars

The quality appears ok thus far, but some of the fittings that appear to be metal in the photos have turned out to be plastic. For example the zipper pulls, strap rings and clips. I’m sure that brings the price down, but it does give me concerns about the longevity of the bag. Is it enough of a problem to return it? No. Is it annoying enough I probably will look into other options than this seller when I need to replace it?

This bag looks so much better in the pictures than it does in real life. When it arrived, I was shocked at how cheap and low quality it looked. I got the pink 6-wheel one, so maybe the others are not as bad, but I am surprised that this has such high ratings. The front is a lot glossier than it appears in the pictures, and it makes it look tacky. It came disassembled, and it has a big blue stain on it. The shade of pink on the bottom part is not nice and it makes it look worse. I bought this as a gift, and I am embarrassed to give it.

Design and size are accurate. However I know my child will break this easily. The handle feels very cheap and flimsy. Straps are super short on back pack. Color was rose red but is actually hot pink and navy blue.

My daughter uses it for school. She doesn’t have to carry heavy backpack anymore. I do wish that the pockets for water bottles on the sides were deeper though.
