Skin benefits from it too.They are the external things you notice. I guess you could scatter it over food too? No reason why not.The 350g tub costs Approx.£19, which is on par with other brands.It's a good product which I recommend.

I've been adding this collagen powder to my morning smoothie for the past month. Noticed my nails seem a bit stronger, not sure about any other benefits. Doesn't really have a taste, which is a plus. Mixes in fine, no lumps. The tub's massive though, takes up half my cupboard.

This is a pretty standard collagen powder. Mixes well in my coffee and has no taste i can detect.I cant comment on effectiveness as i have taken collagen for years. My skin and nails havent digressed, so i can only assume its working as well as the previous products i have tried.Its Halal, but not Kosher. Im not keen on products being either, but Halal is certainly the better of the two as at least 70% of animals are stunned before slaughter. Kosher is 0%. Ive yet to find a collagen powder (non marine based) that isnt one or the other or both.This loses a star simply due to the fact i hate the packaging and branding. It looks cheap and poorly designed.

This collagen is excellent value for money and very useful as it contains types 1 and 3 collagen. It comes in a useful tub with a scoop in the top of the tub for accurate measuring. The collagen itself is a fine powder. I tried it first blended in water, and it mixed in quickly and completely and I could not detect any taste of it in the water. It blended well in smoothies and could not be detected, and it also worked well in coffee which is my preferred way of consuming it. I have been taking collagen in various forms for around 9 months now and it does make a difference to your health with the most noticeable effects on the health of my skin, hair and nails. The instructions are very clear and easy to read, and I would definitely recommend this product.

Unfortunately upon arrival the product was damaged and seal not intact. For this reason I couldn't try.
