Great way to add colostrum to supplementationin combination with creatine. You need a good stir to mix it into your morning beverage, otherwise it was a great test run. I recently purchased two more when my debut product ran out. (Previously took creatine solo).

I have been wanting to add some creatine to my diet to help with building muscle and recovery. So far I really like this mix because it blends well with my coffee or with a protein shake. It is tasteless and dissolves easily. It is easy to digest and I have not any issues with my tummy while using it. So far it seems like a good product.

I like the story behind this brand, and I would be proud to support a person who served our country. This product has two components in it that I take daily and mix myself in my coffee, creatine and colostrum.I can't say I notice a difference in taking them, nor have I noticed the switch to this product (they happen to be in the same serving size of each). However, I really, really wish it was disclosed where these ingredients were sourced from. I make it a point to not put ingredients in my body that are from China, and which are not third party lab tested for heavy metals/contamination/purity/etc.I would give it a higher rating if that information were available. There is no taste to the powder, and it mixes fine in my coffee.
