Quality product , ridiculously dangerously bright though , this is weapons grade bright , the little kaleidoscope filter /dot projector is pretty cool , I love that it's USB rechargeable.Cat does not give a rip about this thing though which is odd.

Got it to chase the geese away (I was skeptical) and it was incredibly efficient! They usually sit at the other end of my pond ~400 feet from the house. I take the cap off the laser to have a more focused light and they get out of there in a hurry! We used it every time we saw them over a couple weeks and now they seem to stay away without issue.

I've been using this green laser pointer for astronomy, and it's genuinely outstanding. The patterns it projects, with the starlight cap, are breathtaking. Yet, the standout feature is definitly its visibility at night. Pointing at stars, the beam is so clear and impressive. It feels solid in the hand and has a high quality feel.The built-in USB charging is a fantastic feature, making it convenient to recharge almost anywhere. However, I do wish the battery was user-serviceable. There might be times when I'm away from an outlet, and swapping batteries would be more practical than waiting for a charge.Despite its high-quality build and features, I have a significant concern. Labeling this as a "cat toy" is misleading and potentially dangerous given its power. It's crucial to be aware of the risks, such as causing instant eye damage and the legal implications of pointing it at airplanes.In summary, it's an excellent tool for astronomy and outdoor activities, but it's essential to handle it responsibly. It's powerful and not a toy.

One star because I can't give negative stars. I always wanted a laser, specially to do some common physics experiments. This laser is not suited at all for that. Actually is nos suited for anything. It worked correctly for 5 minutes and then it started showing what can be seen in the photos. The light is not longer a dot as it should be. The battery is horrendously bad, it lasts very little time. I don't recomend this laser to anyone under any circumstances. The only good this is the casing, its pretty solid. But now it is a solid piece of trash.

This light is great! It goes soooo far! I have no idea how far, but I want to shoot it into the sky at night onto stars and see if I get any responses that aren't from the FAA... :) It also came with a screw on cap that makes different patterns as you turn it. I had no idea I was getting that too. Very cool!

I got this to use when we replaced our Smart boards with monitors and the red pointer no longer worked. I have had it for 6 months and it still works fine.
