I’ve been taking this for quite some time now after a holistic dr recommended me to take these for my endometriosis. I can’t handle birth control, it does worse than good for me. Was out of options until this. Not sure about other brands because I’ve tried different ones but Olympian labs work the best on me. It clears up my skin, less bloating, less cramping on my menstrual cycle, calms my anxiety and has helped my endo symptoms calm down. Amazing product

My GYN suggested 150mg DIM for supplementation after receiving HRT pellets. This brand is the appropriate dosage at a great price.

I've been taking this product for years for estrogen dominance and it works wonders for me. I no longer have terrible breast tenderness or bad cramps during my time of the month or acne. Recently I ran out of the supplement and went without it for a few weeks....I will never do that again....I broke out with cystic acne and pimples that took about a month to clear up even while back on the product. Definitely a must-have for me until I hit menopause.

I was prescribed to take this as I am on bioidentical HRT and this helps with that and is supposed to help with weight loss-- I am sure I'm not exercising enough to see the weight loss part--and I think it's gradual over time -- not miraculous overnight results. Also have to eat right.I know it helped s with the hormones because I ran out for two weeks or so and I started having hot flashes againThat all being said, I was thrilled to be able to order this from Amazon at such a low price -- my doctor charges about 30$ for it.

When an insane so-called "top specialist" in his field refused to even considered a cystectomy without me signing a form giving him permission to do a hysterectomy if he decided to instead—I bought this over a year ago to assist with the dissolution of cysts & for hormone balance...worked wonders. Took them for a month for hormone balance, read about the regimen that could dissolve cysts then asked my physician to recheck the cysts( for size, growth, see if they had self-resolved). It had been 1&1/2 years since that oncologist/gyn specialist made his declaration. I then ordered this along with the other recommended herbal products intending to take them faithfully for six months then recheck. 5 months later I asked him to recheck ( didn't wait the full six months things as bleeding went away, pain left & I was starting to feel better and I wanted to know). They were gone completely. After having them for over two years—the pain, the random bleeding all of it was gone. Take what you want from that. I'm thankful that something I actually worked.And should have continued but the price got too high at the time. In hindsight I should've stayed on. Putting my health first from now on and keeping up with what works.UPDATE: After re-ordering these this summer to restart keeping my hormones in balance I have to say I'm having a problem with them. Problem one? They decided to go with a plastic brown lookalike instead of their regular glass bottle. No longer looks like the picture shown in the ad. Bottle is slightly skinnier, darker, and some type of lightweight plastic. Opened the bottle &it smelled like Mr. Clean. Together these two things make me wonder if I even got the real product.I have been sensitive to taste and smells since my first child was born some years ago. That sensitivity causes me to get nauseous or vomit pretty quickly if there is a strong perfume, a weird chemical smell or taste, or something to that effect.Now Dim never did taste wonderful (had smell a bit like mothballs or cotton balls) but didn't have a flavour that lasted & I could pop in and swallow a quick no problem. Hadn't touched his new bottle because the smell was overwhelming. I was about to send it back or contact to find out where the smell was coming from when I saw the packet in the bottle. On that silicone package to keep things fresh was written "performance dry scented" (supposedly for your pleasure?). The smell is lemonish & very strong. Terrible thing to have done imo. You took a product that was working and decided to mess with in way that was unneeded...whether or not is it unhealthy is debatable. Closer inspection the pills smelled like the old DIM plus the scent. Package says it's harmless.Personally it goes down to 1 stars for that in my opinion. But I'm going to leave it at 4 for the DIM-250 I ordered back in 2016 which came in a glass jar and worked for me when I needed it most. I hope I can find that again. You'll have to decide what to do with your purchase in the future. I hope I can muscle through this, but I don't think I can. Will definitely be asking for a refund if I can't.

I have been taking these for about 4 months and I really believe they have been helping with symptoms that come along with PCOS, like acne and excess production of hormones. It really helps to detox my body of those excess hormones and I have felt a lot better since taking this every day. Just a heads up, your urine will be darker when you start taking DIM, but that is your body just detoxing.
