CHIGO PCR-06-01 Portable Air Conditioner, White

I am in love with this unit. From box, to window and on took me less than 10 minutes. I am using it for my bedroom, it cools very quickly and is not that loud, I would compare it to the sound of a box fan. Small but powerful. Would give 10 stars if I could!

The air conditioner itself is great. Very quiet, compact, cools nicely. The window vent hardware is terrible. We have two other portable a/c's and they both came with two larger strips and one small one to allow for customization. The Chigo a/c came with only three large strips. I had to saw down one of the strips to get the thing installed in the window. I shouldn't have had to do that.

It did not say used when I bought it but after they system invoiced me it did...ALSO it did not specify about the huge hose that had to stick out a window in order to drain. So its not really "portable", It blew hot air out of the back and kinda cool air out the front which seems anti-productive.So it was not discribed correctly at all and did not work properly.

I like that it is relatively quiet but I bought it for a 6.5 by 14 fish house to cool down for camping trips and it can hardly gets it down there very weak cooling capability but it does keep it at a comfortable temp with the size of the house it should be able to cool it down easily and the house is well insulated I do not recommend this product would never buy again

Works great in a small area. Don't think you are going to cool your very large living room. We got these for our boys rooms because the air isn't great up there since we have an older home. They are able to sleep comfortably in about a 300 sq foot room.

This unit has been a lifesaver this extremely hot summer in Central NY! It runs like a top and is very reliable. Has definitely come in handy when the central air has been malfunctioning!! Just remember to drain it on a regular basis. We have elevated ours to facilitate easier draining. Thanks Amazon!!

We love this air conditioner!!! It keeps my daughters room nice and cool. It isn’t very loud, actually been great substitute for my daughter white noise machine. I would buy this again.
