This is white chocolate hot chocolate, just so people know. There is zero milk chocolate in here. So if you are looking for traditional hot chocolate this would not be the flavor you want. I love white chocolate and its my favorite, so this is perfect. It's a sealed container and none of the instructions are in English, so I used google translate. But you mix 8 oz of hot milk with a scoop of this in a cup and it makes the hot chocolate. You can also use water, it works just fine, but milk will taste a lot better. It dissolved easily into the hot milk, and 1 scoop was great. It is a nice holiday treat and perfect for this time of year. It's got a rich white chocolate taste and is not overly sweet.

I have never had better chocolate than I have in Switzerland, and this white hot chocolate doesn't disappoint. While not exactly chocolate, since it's "blanc", it is nonetheless absolutely delicious. Best ever, and our regular hot chocolate, of which we buy very good quality, has been sitting on the shelf ever since. This is literally like drinking a white chocolate bar. Switzerland once again has come through.
