The Energetic Fertility Method Paperback – August 17, 2016

Going through 3 rounds of IVF (two failed transfers and waiting on FET from final round with one embryo), I never thought about the energetic requirements for fertility. Everyone recommended It starts with the egg which is a fantastic must and I followed all of the guidance there for all 3 IVF cycles. This book has allowed me to recognize and acknowledge energetic blocks that I needed to clear for optimal results. I started reading this book in April in preparation for my FET this month. For the first time in my entire fertility journey I felt like I had finally incorporated a missing component to this whole thing and understand the energetic method that involves the mind-body connection. My body was in “survival mode” after 2 failed transfers and walking away with only one embryo after my 3rd cycle. Once I started to do the daily practices from the book and chanting, I felt the energetic shift and just let go. Letting go is one of the hardest things one can learn to do during this journey. I felt connected to my body and felt a spirit baby (I feel 2 of them) along with getting so many messages related to my maternal great grandmothers. Going into this FET I feel supported in a way I had never felt before. You don’t have to believe in the spiritual aspect to find benefits of the energetic method because if you do the practices and try them out you will start to feel a shift if you practice it. I know like me, if you’ve been on this journey for a while, you have nothing to lose in an additional read and attempt. I am sending baby dust to all of the warriors and their embabies waiting- May you all receive the wish of becoming parents!

I discovered this wonderful book after reading Walter Makichen's "Spirit Babies." I am happily two months pregnant after attempting for our second child for almost three years (with one miscarriage). Miracles do happen, and they are within our control. Getting a handle on my energy by balancing my chakras and being conscious of grounding is exactly what my body and soul needed to bring in new life. I highly recommend this to anyone feeling stuck in their fertility journey with no explanation as to why. This may seem "out there" for some, but if it is then this is probably exactly what you need to read. Also, anyone looking to understand the chakra system better and its influence on us will enjoy this book.

Although I never experienced fertility issues we all have known women that have faced the possibility of never giving birth to their own child. It seems to be such a powerless place for a woman to find herself in. I loved Nancy Mae's book because it turns that notion around. Energy medicine and the principles of this book is fascinating. The exercises support insight, strength, and confidence in the body's energy system. I think this is wonderful information for any woman struggling with infertility but it also offers great information for any seeker.

Though I'm not planning to conceive, I was excited to read The Energetic Fertility Method and I'm grateful that I did. While focused on preparing the body, mind and spirit for conception, I found that the tools and techniques were equally suitable for anyone looking to make space to "birth" new ideas, projects or dreams into reality as well. Nancy Mae offers the reader clear and simple practices to heal and make space, step by step and chakra by chakra. A fantastic read and helpful tool set to use on-going!

This book is clearly written, well organized and full of great techniques. So much of the fertility process is out of your control and stressful. The activities in this book help you gain a sense of purpose and clarity during (the sometimes) stressful process of becoming a parent. In addition, these are good "energetic hygiene" practices to use even when you are not focused on conception. This book is a great resource for my clients who are struggling with the emotional processes revolving around infertility.

I have already finished reading this book and it has had a great impact on my being. After reading it, I’ll start practicing in depth all the suggested exercises. I have the feeling that this book is the key that unlocks a door that I have not been able to open yet.
