It’s more of a jammy strawberry purée. Super sweet and thick consistency but good natural strawberry flavor. It’s great for cocktails like daiquiris or smoothies but not what I’m looking for for my matcha lattes. It does have seeds too but they were not too hard so it didn’t get stuck in my teeth.

Years ago Jack-in-the-Box had a blackberry shake that was delicious. It was temporary and never returned. I finally gave up hope and decided to check Monin for a blackberry syrup. Of course, they make that. Additionally, they offer this purée. I bought a bottle and now I order vanilla shakes and make my own blackberry shakes. Life hack! Occasionally, I order a strawberry shake and add the purée for a mixed berry shake. I haven’t tried it with chocolate, yet. As the subject says: this stuff is amazing.

I love McAlister’s peach tea. I noticed one day that this is the peach flavoring they use so I bought some for home. Now I can have peach tea at home whenever I want it and it is delicious. It’s not a syrup but more of a peach purée.

Sfortunatamente non ho visto la dicitura "con aggiunta di zucchero". Usata pura è estremamente dolce, sembra più uno sciroppo di una purea. Il sapore della fragola è comunque buono, sicuramente adatto a gelati,sorbetti... meno a gele o pasticceria.
