The MENNTY Toilet Flange Repair kit worked great for me. This review is being written immediately post installation. I used the kit as part of replacing a 20-year-old standard toilet with a chair-height toilet. The kit gives you all the various types of non-wax rings/adapters to connect the toilet. There are different adapters for use depending on the height of your floor mounted flange. The adapters accommodate floor phalanges that are equal to, above or below the level of the floor. The kit also comes with a floor mount should you need to replace that. Since my existing floor mount was slightly above the floor, I only needed to use one adapter that connected the toilet securely to the floor mount and the toilet itself. I obtained a nicely centered, and solid toilet attachment on the first try. No leaks! So, no more wax rings for me. At this point, I cannot comment on durability. All in all, it seems to be a great product!

This is way better than installing wax. I got a perfect seal on first install. The instructions are clear. I appreciate that it came with 2 attachment, depending on the depth of the flange, and many different pieces of hardware. The wax-free feels like intact cohesive, sticky gel. Super clean to work with. Highly recommended.

Fit perfectly. Good instructions

I got the toilet down over the bolts no problem. Put the washers on and hand tighten the nuts. Got my 7/16" wrench and was going back and forth so I would have it tighten evenly. It was not even tight and one of the cheap bolts was stripped. Had to wait till the next day and go get a couple of good bolts. And I just used the the $5.00 wax ring that I got the good bolts out of. Morel of the storey is the cheap $5.00 wax ring kit worked better then the $ 18.00 dollar fancy looking cheap bolt wax kit . Not as much trouble either. Save your money.

this is great thing no mess fits well. i used a little vasoline on iner seal so it would slip over the flange.

Super impressed with this kit. I was thinking I'd be doing a HD run at 8:55 pm for extra parts. Nada! Everything is high quality, and the seals are really well done. Very well thought out. Would re-buy when the time comes. Parts were easy to install. Time was just eaten up removing the actual toilet. Make sure you have towels, tools, a wet vac or upholstery vacuum (As it's okay to suck up water) (I used the pet spot cleaner and emptied it several times before removing the toilet)
