Great stuff. It helps increase the amount of keytones in your blood. I measure my glucose and keytone levels several times a day, and this definitely increase the numbers. It provides lots of energy, and definitely manages my satiation impulses. I use this daily, two tablets 30 minutes before meals and sometimes a few more if I am having a stressful day. I can't recommend this enough, especially, while on a carnivore or keto diet.

I'm a big fan of KetoZest products. Their KETO ACV Gummies are superb, and they helped me lose weight. Now, we've got Keto ACV BHB. I love these capsules. I must be conscious of my stomach and weight gain, especially in middle age. I try to avoid high-fat meals, and Keto ACV BHB is an additional help. That said, my husband and I went to a pancake restaurant with our son, who we're visiting in New Jersey. So it was a high-fat meal. However, as instructed, I took a capsule 30 minutes before the meal, and I felt no uncomfortable fullness or anything I usually feel after a heavy, high-fat meal. The capsules do an excellent job of eliminating that. Furthermore, I know the capsules will help to keep my stomach fat at bay and help me to lose unnecessary pounds. I'm thrilled with the product!

I am on my second bottle and I will say that I have had no adverse effects, bad taste or stomach issues. Did not find them hard to swallow. I did notice a decrease in appetite and cravings were lessened. My portions are much smaller, do not feel like raiding the fridge and I feel fuller longer. Not an uncomfortable feeling, just no hunger pangs. Working for me. With exercise I am noticing consistent weight loss albeit minimal but it adds up.

Excellent product! I've been taking it since January, and if it works, you have to drink a lot of water. That also helps. I have more energy, and I no longer get cravings. I did not notice any difference in weight or cravings from using this. I would also say buyer beware..... from the time I started using this, I had very frequent nosebleeds, and some headaches. I thought it might have been due to the stress that was going on in life, but the nose bleeds stopped between me taking a brief break after finishing one bottle, and starting the next. When I started the next bottle, within a couple of days, it was back to the nosebleeds. When I quit taking the supplement, the nosebleeds ended again.

Definitely could feel the effects of these. Gave me an upset stomach if I took them without eating. I felt like my ketone level was increased when checking it with urine test sticks as well. They are just a bit expensive

Works great! Helps to boos your Energy. No after taste. The size of the pill is a tad big.
