SHE LOVED IT!
I ordered this for a very special person and when it arrived I knew I was on the right track! The box comes in a tin box & that is also surrounded by wax paper & the box is completely sealed. Still when I opened it I could SMELL the rum coming through the box!After my lady friend opened the box & sampled a piece, her eyes little warmed over and she said "This is the BEST I have ever tasted!" She was appreciative (very) and I thank you for making such a WONDERFUL treat. BEST Valentine's EVER!I was wondering if you make a gluten free key lime bundt cake or pie? She also LOVES tiramisu. As long as it's gluten free, consider me a customer for life!

Black cake
Not sweet. A dense black cake (like a pumpernickel bread) with a topping of diced apples and raisins. Not a fruitcake, like I was hoping for.
