Giagni Pompa Stainless Steel 1-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet

Overall the faucet is nice. When moving from side to side it seems to be closer to the countertop than inside the sink. It’s close to the side which causes water to slash on the counters. Wish the finish for satin would be easier to clean from fingerprints. The soap dispenser would not allow the soap to pump so I had to buy another brand.

Stylish and functional, but a couple of things jump out as not having been given adequate attention.The connection lines are short and required the addition of extensions to reach valves that were less than 12 inches shy of being directly beneath the installation location on a standard height counter top.From a centered vertocal position, the flow control rotates less than twenty degrees clockwise to the cold side while rotating more than forty degrees counter-clockwise to the hot side. Because of the cartridge configuration, this cannot be corrected. Simply having properly cast the handle would have avoided this conspicuous shortcoming to an otherwise elegant design.

Great product. Met all my expectations. My son has the same one in his home.Love it.

I bought this model from Lowe’s 3 yrs ago. I thought it was well built and sturdy. Surely, it’ll last a lifetime. Nope, started leaking from 3 points: the gooseneck where the support arm connects, where the sprayer connects, and the water control lever. Contacted customer support, I’m told the parts aren’t replaceable and I need to return it to Lowe’s for a refund. They gave me a ‘blanket return number’. But guess what? The model has been discontinued and they don’t issue refunds for anything not found in their computer. I once again contacted customer support and was told they don’t issue refunds or replacements. I don’t know what to do now. $275 wasted plus my time. Hopefully this reaches someone who’s considering to buy from this company. Don’t do it!

Great faucet looks really nice installed, the handle is easy to use and sits back nicely.

I am loving this faucet. I like that I don't have to pull out the hose. We will see how it wears I have only used it a couple of weeks.Update: It is now May so I have used the faucet since July of last year so not a full year yet. The faucet sometimes leaks if you have the handle straight up. I remedied this by just putting the handle to the side slightly annoying but I think eventually it will start to wear that way to and start to leak that way. We will see. Also the soap dispenser spout came completely out and broke. My husband is handy and was able to fix it we will see how long that lasts. I contacted Giagni since I bought this item thru an Amazon seller and not thru them their warranty doesn't cover it. I still really like everything else about this faucet.But if the leaking starts with the handle down we will have to buy a new faucet and this one was a lot of money! Faucets should last years not months.

I spent weeks trying to find a faucet for my kitchen sink as part of a kitchen remodel. I went in store and looked. I read dozens of reviews for various faucet types. I compared specs. After finally settling on and ordering another model that did not show up in time for my installer, I was forced to buy a new faucet that I could receive quickly. I was very hesitant about buying this one because of some reviews about a stripped screw and because I was very concerned it would be too big for my space as I do not have a giant kitchen. I was prepared to return it and just install my originally selected faucet when it came in.That said, I am absolutely thrilled with my last minute purchase. While this is a tall faucet, it looks amazing. The pieces feel heavy and high quality. The handle is easy to turn - both to adjust water temperature AND water volume. It easily swivels to various positions and when the hose is detached easily reaches all parts of my double sink. The water flow is great and I love being able to moderate the amount of spray with the sprayer handle (as opposed to all the other models which simply have an on/off button). It also doesn't have a cheap looking black plastic button on the front like other models I was considering. Only time will tell I have other issues but, out of the box, this appears to be an awesome purchase. The other faucet arrived and I sent it back without even opening it because I liked this one so much.UPDATE: I have now had this faucet over a year and it still work great! So glad I bought it.
