This worked amazingly well! I needed to test my Ecoflow River 2 Max 500 so plugged into that. I put frozen bacon in a glass container to cook for 2.5 hours. At the 2 hour mark I put a few eggs in another container to cook for 30 minutes. The containers were side by side. I overcooked the eggs. However, I just added some bacon grease to mix in and they were very tasty. The bacon was soft cooked but done, just how I like it. I can't wait to use this camping as this is what I bought it for. This unit will be a game changer for my camping cooking.
