Why did you choose this product over others?: We already have Samsung Galaxy products, they are a trusted brand, easy to set up, easy to use. Excellent build quality at an affordable price, they are comfortable to use/wear and look great. Like many others we have previously purchased cheaper buds, but decided on this occasion to treat ourselves with a trusted brand and it was worth every penny. The old adage 'You get what you pay for' is certainly true. The sound quality is truly exceptional, well worth every penny, speaking of which we managed to get these at an incredible price here on Amazon. The noise cancelling is like trickery, it works like magic, giving an even more immersive experience. Never again will we waste money on cheap products that never really hit the mark, lasts as long and falls apart. Save your money, wait a little longer and buy a trusted brand. You'll be glad you did.

Like many others, I did not expect them to either be authentic or brand new. I was wrong, on both. I registered them with Samsung without any issues at all. They came in the factory seal so they were brand new too. The sound quality is absolutely insane, a decent amount of base too. Battery life is about normal for any buds, they obviously fit perfectly too. Not used the touch controls as I always use the voice commands because it's so much easier. It's a little fiddly putting them back in but there is a nack and it's super easy. Obviously being a flagship make, the quality of these are amazing. Overall, more than happy with my purchase.

I have a number of ANC headphones including Samsung but these blew me away. I used them when cutting the lawn, previous headphones where ok but with these I could barely hear the mower. The automatic change between ANC and ambient is amazing, I wore them in town for music but was seeing as I spoke they switched off ANC so I could hear clearly, on calls the clarity was outstanding. The self test and hearing tests are great for getting a customised sound. I have to say these are close to perfection, if BOSE have better ANC it must be equivalent to an earplug, these are perfect. The higher waterproof setting makes them a better deal for workouts and rain which is important to me. Highly recommended although my wife might complain when I ignore her 😂 . I've been testing these earbuds extensively, and here's my take. First off, the audio clarity is excellent, whether I'm listening to music or taking phone calls. It's really crisp and clear. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is notably better than the Pro 2s, which is a significant upgrade. Interestingly, I found the ANC on the Galaxy Buds FE to be even stronger than these Pro 3s, which was a bit surprising given their different price points. As a lorry driver, I spend a lot of time on motorways, and I can genuinely say the ANC on the Galaxy Buds FE felt more robust than the Pro 3s in that noisy environment. The Buds FE also offered better battery life in my experience. On the flip side, the transparency mode on the Pro 3s is fantastic. It genuinely feels like you're not wearing anything at all, making it easy to stay aware of your surroundings. Comfort is another big win – I've worn these for hours without any pain whatsoever, which is a huge plus. While they might not quite match the top-tier sound quality of some premium headphones like the Sony WH-1000XM series, they also don't cause the discomfort that I've experienced with those. My main criticism, and the reason for the 4-star rating, is the battery life. It's simply not as good as I'd hoped, especially compared to the Buds FE. If the battery life were better, these would easily be a 5-star product.

These buds are amazing for my son. They came quicker than said, and they arrived with all contents. The buds itself looked brand new, with the seal still intact on the box. The default ear tips fit comfortably and securely for him, even when confirming with the fit test on the app. He had no issues with the sound quality and it even plays 24-bit/48.0KHz audio for his device. The case feels secure, including the hinge. Battery life is as expected and lasts for at least 6 hours with ANC on. The touch controls were great once he gotten used to them. Speaking of ANC, it works amazingly, including the Ambient Mode. It is proven effective even when outside. He prefers these over other wireless earbuds as they have support for my Windows PC and for his other Galaxy devices. Overall, these buds are amazing, especially considering the price of these.

These the second time I've bought these earbuds because they're so amazing when they work that I thought maybe I'd got unlucky. The first review is below this review. I use these at the gym, where I sweat, and they only charged once before warnings about moisture, even thought I'd dried them off before putting them back into the case, and they refused to charge. I tried everything to clean them but always the same issue. I got these to replace my Samsung earbuds that I'd got with my S22 Ultra 3.5 years ago. They finally became muffled in my left ear, hence why I was getting a new pair but I treated my old ones a million times worse than the new pair, which I've only worn three times, and the old ones kept working. These Buds3 Pro claim to be IPX7 but there is zero chance they are. If you're getting these for the gym, or running, then definitely give it a miss. I'm a Samsung fanboy but my view of Samsung, for the first time ever, has been dented somewhat by this subpar product. Original review: The best earbuds I've ever had. Brilliant sound quality, easy to control and fit in my ears, at least, perfectly. Why the low score? In the almost three weeks I've had them I've only successfully charged them once. I've looked at Youtube videos and the like advising how to fix this problem, because it seems like this is a big problem with these earbuds, and none of it worked. And why should I have to trouble shoot brand new earbuds? As a Samsung fanboy I can't quite bring myself to give them 1 star, because they are really great when they have charge, but really it should be a 1 star because without power they're worthless. That said I loved them so much that once I get the refund I'm going to get another pair . . . fingers crossed this pair won't be a set with this problem. Will update this review after that.
