I recently acquired a pistol and do not yet have a safe at my home for it. I have been hesitating in getting a safe to my home, because I do not like its clumsy and heavy weight. This fingerprint lock is a perfect solution and replacement for my firearms, because it can only be unlocked with my fingerprint, although I can optionally authorize as many as 10 different fingerprints (persons) to unlock it; it is convenient because I always have my "key" handy, without the need to look all around for a key. This feature will be extremely useful and helpful in cases of emergency. Going back to the product itself, I tested multiple ways and found that it is very easy to set up and use, smart and convenient. You can put on your finger whatever angle you want as it is a 360 ° touch which means it is rotation-invariant so it can be unlocked as long as it is your registered fingerprint (see my uploaded video clip)! It works quitely with graceful beeps, and different statuses are encoded with pleasantly LED colors. The product looks very neat and cool like a future product.I have had it for a week or so and have played with it numerous times without any problem.

Came with awesome package. The operation process wasn't straightforward as the instructions are not intuitive in sections. But once you are familiar with the operation process, it will be very conevenient for you to operate it. In addition, I have to say this is a brilliant way to go keyless and I hate those key lock and bluetooth lock that need to install app. This fingerprints recognition is really good and fast. It doesn't have to install any app., that is a good news for me! Now, it has been working perfectly for about 2 weeks now. Haven't foresee any problem yet. Will update this review if it need.

Very impressive lock! Other lock you need to carry the key with you anywhere but this one just need your fingerprint! The instruction is easy to follow. After setting you just need to press your finger on it then it unlocks. The battery is strong as well and holds for long time(more than 6 months according to the manual).The lock is very sensitive to your fingerprint just like iPhone screen lock. You can add several fingerprint as you want.The size is small and it is easy to take. The lock is safe and sound. Best lock I have ever use! Strong recommendation!

I am using this lock on a case that is rarely opened. I had it fully charged in October and it has been sitting unused after I tested it approximately 10 times over a month to ensure it was still working. I checked on it today and the lock does not work at all, no lights and no unlocking. I am charging it up now but the charger, which usually shows a light to indicate it is charging the device, is not on and even plugged in the lock does not work nor show the LED. I will leave it plugged in for all day in case it was just REALLY dead, but I have a feeling it will not be working at this point. Keep in mind the documentation that comes with the lock says it will work for over 3000 unlocks and sit for over 2 years and still work.Poor quality device, avoid this one.

Have been using the product for a month and it works well. It’s used to secure a concealed item I carry that I don’t want anyone else to access. It’s an improvement over the prior device I used for this purpose because this is lightweight, concealable, and easier/faster to remove than a combination lock, without even looking. The lightweight aspect is both an advantage and presumably a disadvantage, because lighter is usually less secure when it comes to locks.Set up/programming was not difficult. The lock has never failed to open during repeated testing. The battery is holding a charge.The product would serve my purposes better if the cable was secured with a spring such that when the fingerprint was read, the cable would spring out of the lock. Instead, the cable is only released and requires a slight pull to free the end of the cable from inside of the locking mechanism. Not a substantial issue, but it would be better for my uses.

Not sure if the directions are on target. It was easy for me to set up as the “main” person, but I always felt like we weren’t getting it right for everyone else. The bizarre part is that even though what the directions said would happen didn’t yet their fingers were coded in so it wasn’t as hard as it seemed. After I didn’t follow them, I got my husband & kid in. Also the lock part isn’t that thick so I’m sure it could be cut open, but anyone willing to take the time to cut to get into the shed can have the lawn mower. I’m just happy my kid locks it now!

they nailed it. the lock works whenever i need it to. took a sec to figure it out and get setup but going to the gym is much easier now.only con would be its heft. won't take much to blow this thing wide open or just cut the cable. works perfect for the gym though

The product works as hoped for about 5 months, then started to not respond and will not charge, customer service sent a new lock and the new lock arrived defective.
