I bought my wife this sports bag 8 months ago. Unfortunately the fabric has started pulling away from the zip seam. It cannot be mended as the seam allowance is far too narrow. I emailed them to advise of the problem on 17th January to which there has been no response. What I can't abide is the "no response" from a company when there is a problem.

Nice gym bag and the 'wet' pocket is a good addition. Plenty of room for my towel and swimming essentials. Material was a little thinner than expected but decent quality for the price.
