The media could not be loaded.  Worst cushion i could have bought. You can see on the video that the filler is not evenly distributed. Corners are empty. Avoid!

Very poor communication from the seller when I asked a question about the item. My question was not answered correctly and appropriately. False advertisement of the product, the description and photo attachments show more than one pillow. The title also states ‘inner INSERTS’ which is plural and you expect how many are shown in the picture, eg 4. However, you only get one.You can order more and better pillows for less money elsewhere. I do not recommend this product!!!

I used this insert inside my old sofa to give it a new lift and works lie a charm I did not remove the sofa cover or sofa cushion, I just unzipped the covers, inserted those by gradually sliding them in on top of the existing cushion. THe leght size is possibly a couple of cm less that advertised on description, but has not turned out to be a bid deal. I can now sit on my sofa for ours without loosing bounce. This trick saved me from made to measure foam replacements or reupholster

Was not impressed with this product, the picture online, does not accurately represents the quality of the product in my opinion. I wanted to try and avoid having to go to a high street retailer but will have to do this anyway now. The company do offer a returns policy if not happy but cannot comment on this as I have not tried to return yet.

I am very disappointed at the quality of these cushion inserts. I’ve only had them a few days and they have gone out of shape!For the price, I was not expecting ‘paper’ outer coverings.In fact they are appalling.I won’t be ordering anything else from this company

Good pillow, cheap and quality isn't going to blow you away but it's cheap so you csnt complain.My only complaint is that its packaged in the perfect shape of a pillow so it's very obvious that it is a pillow inside the packaging. This was a Christmas present for my girlfriend and she answered the door to receive this package for me so she knew exactly what it was. Oh well. Cant drop any stars just for that.

Excellent quality cushions, it was just too big for my sofa so I returned straight away. It was difficult to get a refund, I had to keep sending emails. But in the end they apologised & sorted it by sending me a full refund.

Had it for a few months now and - despite being used every day - it hasn't "deflated". Just the right amount of firmness.
