This is a bare bones light strip that is basically "plug and play." You connect it to a USB port and it lights up. It has a switch on the cable. Given the current popularity of these strips, there are many, many options on the market, and it's sometimes hard to tell the value of any given product. I recommend comparison shopping for prices, as this one is listed at roughly $16CAD where I live. It's a nice strip, and it does the job. However, you might find better prices elsewhere, or strips with different features (remote control, sound sensitive, different colours).So, this is a basic white light at a semi-decent price. It works. The adhesive is a bit dodgy and can't support much weight, but I find that is a problem with most of these light strips.I'm happy with this product.

Even brightness and good quality adhesive on the back. Easy to install, and liking the dimmer switch so I don't need to unplug the usb to turn it off. Recommend.
