You’re serious about gaining strength, burning fat, and increasing overall athletic performance. That’s why you’re squatting. When executed properly, the squat engages more of your body than just about any movement. squatLIFTS shoe inserts allow athletes to improve squat form and maximize training results. They are perfect for athletes who are focused on traditional strength training and those that also include function fitness programming in their fitness lifestyle. The innovative design increases squat range of motion like specialized Olympic weightlifting shoes, without limiting your ability to complete condition movements such as Interval Runs, Thrusters and Box Jumps, or Wall Balls and Double Unders.

Work as intended but would love to see more size options
As a CrossFitter who has had both ankles fused and a total of 20+ foot/ankle surgeries, I was hoping this would help with my limited ankle mobility. A wod that has overhead squats and jump rope for example, I'm not able to use lifters so my squat depth is limited. These seem to do exactly what they say they will. I just wish they offered a higher height option, such as 3/4", maybe even 1" lift for those out there like me who are extremely limited in mobility. If anything like that is ever developed, put me at the front of the line for a pair!

Awesome. Wear these inside my oly shoes and they work like a charm. My squat depth has increased greatly while my buttwink has been reduced. Highly recommend for anyone lacking ankle dorsiflexion or with longer femurs.

A great addition to squat shoes
Works great as a supplement to affordable weightlifting shoes. I bought Reebok Men’s Lifter Pr, which has a heel height of 0.6 inches and were much cheaper compared to more expensive weightlifting shoes which has heel heights of 0.75 inches. I felt like I needed more height and adding the wodlifts gives me that height at a cheaper price than buying traditional weightlifting shoes, its more flexible too because when I finally buy those 0.75 shoes, I can just insert the wodlifts for even more heel height!Take note though, the wodlifts comes with two heel pads for extra padding. You’re supposed to insert the wodlifts under your shoe’s insoles for padding, but my Lifter Pr’s insoles are glued into the shoes. So when I first squatted on top of the wodlifts itself, it was like squatting on a rock! The padding definitely helps with the comfort.Overall, I definitely recommend the wodlifts if you don’t have the money and want more flexibility. Just got to camelcamelcamel.com and wait until the Reebok Lifter Pr or Addidas Powerlifts are on sale like I did, buy the wodlifts and you’ll get a better deal and improve your lifts too.

Great for increasing squat depth/form
I love these for squats, especially overhead squats. My ankle mobility is lacking and these really help me with my squatting. After using them with snatch lifts, I could tell a huge difference. I also like them for wall balls and thrusters to get a more upright torso. I don't notice them inside my nike metcon shoes (I put them underneath my shoe insole and re-insert my insole) and I've used them within workouts that have jump rope and running too (with other movements that I wanted to use the squatlifts for). They are comfortable and I highly recommend them!

These work well, but you may want to get weightlifting shoes instead.
They work OK. Squat depth definitely improves with them. It's a minor hassle to insert them and you can feel they're there. Don't work as well while doing other exercises that don't involve squatting and you'll want to take them out. Although they work as advertised, if you do a lot of squats, I recommend weightlifting shoes instead.

I actually bought these because my ankles suck. Had been squatting with 10lb plates underheels for anlong time but they created knee pain bc my mid foot had no pressure on it. I had squat shows but got raging back pain from it...I bought these threw em in the squat shoes and ta da!! Hitting depth like never before no pain anywhere its great. I also started working on my ankle mobility to hopefully not need the wod life but for now theyre awesome.

So i got my wodlifts yesterday and today is legday so i was pretty excied to try these out
So i was skeptical when i ordered these. First of all i do not do crossfit. I have been bodybuilding and powerlifting recreational for 10 plus years... due to some hip and ankle injuries i thought my days of squats and deads were done. So i got my wodlifts yesterday and today is legday so i was pretty excied to try these out. I am still midworkout and had to take a minute to write this. I am stoked! For anyone that loves to lift in any way amd cant afford $200 lifting shoes i highly reccomend these! Super sturdy, great balance, and they freaking work! Anyway just my two cents but one of the best buys i have made in a while. Looking forward to the gains i am sure to get! Great product!

Customized Workout Shoes
Your feet, your body's platform, are worth everything for stability during heavy lifts. And there's nothing more fortifying than customized workout shoes, reengineered by yourself. I plucked the insoles out of my O. Tiger Delegation EX leathers, laid flat Sorbothane on the footbed, crowned them with squatLIFTS (enhanced with Soul Insoles Shoe Bubble orthotics) and ... well, just makes you want to slap your fairy godmother.
