Comfyballs - Named well
They almost have the pouch perfected. Everything stays in place and it really is a less "heating" experience. You will have to get used to a more snug fit in the back or else become one of those people who is constantly pulling out the back of their underwear! I think this style of underwear needs to be worn snug in order to achieve the full effect. I am a solid 34 waist and I ordered the medium. It fits perfectly. Rides a little low in the back, but again, that is just something to get used to. They don't have the "not there" feel of Tommy Johns, but the pouch is far superior. Comfyballs has done a good job.

Premium cost without anything premium
They're just regular underwear. No pouch. No "panels". Nothing like Saxx or 2UNDR. Just regular, normal underwear. Except they cost a lot.

Uniquely fitting. The pouch definitely has a different feel, but comfortable. Five stars there. Giving 4 overall because these aren't 100% breathable all over on me, slight irritations around the sides and rear - but I've rarely had good experiences with this material in the past, guess I'm just more of a cotton guy.
