I have been using this sheet for a few weeks now. I LOVE it. I sleep SO Much better than I used to. I sleep for longer period without waking up. I notice I am not feeling as stiff as I used to be. I would highly recommend trying it for yourself. The sheet feels great to the touch as well.

This product makes a lot of health claims, none if which were substantiated in my experience with it.

I've wanted to try grounding sheets for a while. I was surprised when I awoke the next morning with no hurting feet. It also helps with my lymphatic problem in my left knee. I'll be buying more

Received delivery at 7pm. Washed and dried right away so we could use that night. My husband and I both had a great night's sleep. I have trouble with bursitis in my hip and I usually toss and turn all night. I didn't even wake up to go the bathroom. We have a grounding mat that has been helping my husband with knee pain so we decided to get the grounding sheet. I think it was a good decision!

I used this sheet for two nights. I ended up in the urgent care with irregular heartbeat, which was proven by an EKG. I discontinued you of the sheets and the irregularities went away. I currently have to wear a heart monitor for a week to see if there is any damage this product seems dangerous to me, and needs to have some type of disclaimer. I would not recommend this to anyone. The heart monitor is over. I now have to take heart medication.
