I was surprised. I've only used it once but it did the job. Very easy and convenient to use. Well worth the cost. Much more handy than pulling out the big welder for a small quick job.

Worked as advertised, it is good for a quick fix on mild steel, if you have a big project using heavier metal get the big welder out otherwise it works good

Pretty impressed. I bought it thinking it would not really work but on very thin metal. While it’s made for small projects I was impressed. I have 3 other elders all a large up to 3 phase. While this won’t do what a high quality welder will do it’s perfect for small projects that you don’t want to pull the big stuff out for. I’m going to keep it in my camper and would be confident I could make small repairs to get out of the woods in a pinch.

This is perfect for small welds for your hobbies and crafts. It worked great on my bicycle repair.

Easy to use. Welds so good. Hard to believe but it's excellent . Beats the heck out of the ole cracker box

I’m sure I would’ve loved it but the ground clamp wire looked liked it has been chewed apart

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wanted a small welder to run off the back of an electric vehicle when out camping to do emergency repairs at festivals. This works great. I first bought one of the hand held flux core welders with the little feeder wire ends but it failed as the wire regularly gets caught and wont feed.. this makes it hard to control the speed of the weld the way you can with this stick style welder. Overall this has been a great little welder to have in the back of the truck and the repairs have already paid for itself.
