Bad customer support
Took a while to get it going but I work good. Only downside is customer support was horrible, never was able to talk to anyone and never received email replies.

longer ray5 20w laser is easy to use and set up. It’s a good value for the money. Customer service responses well.

Not worth the hassle.
Terrible. Difficult set-up, especially if you want to add the camera. Then to trying to return it was an absolute joke. The company is located overseas, so it's difficult to contact them and communicate your issues on e you eventually do.
