Makes fantastic kefir cheese. Easy to clean and doesn’t take much space in the fridge. Well made.

Works nice. Just wish it was a bit larger. Doesn't quite fit 1/2 gallon and can't use the spring. Maybe if you just make 1 quart.

I have been making instant pot soy yogurt. 2 ingredients (soy milk & probiotic capsule). Once the yogurt is done, I put the pot in the fridge to chill for 24hrs, then transfer to the yogurt strainer. After a day or two the yogurt is a firm consistency and taste of Greek yogurt. Very pleased with this purchase.

I followed the instructions but it’s like you have to put a minuscule amount of yogurt for it to actually strain properly and not seep out to the top. And then it completely stopped working after two months.

Exactly what I needed to make bigger batches of Greek yogurt. It’s also really easy to clean. You get what you are paying for.

Does what it’s supposed to do, but much of the yogurt gets past the “plunge” feature and ends up topside. So you need to repeat.
