It worked so well for a few months, then shorted and that was that. This is not the first one we’ve had exactly this issue with ; this product seems to have a fixed life of a few months.The exact same issue has occurred on three previous silicon warmers bought from Amazon internationally.I thought buying from Amazon India would fix the shorting issue, assuming it had something to do with the electricals, no such luck.On cue, after about three months, this one shorted too.While it works though, it worked really well. We used it every day, and it was invaluable for keeping food warm. Wish they worked out a more sturdy and longer lasting version of this.

I had seen the same type of product While i was in USA, and I Ordered it from Amazon, the Food Warming Mat is perfect piece for the food stuff to be kept warm at the time of eating

Kudos to the digital marketing team to ahow how useful this product is. But in actual mediocre product. If u hey the food in the vessels or plates at the highest tem for the maximum period which can be set u might find ur food luke warm.
