My old mattress was not very comfortable. I was looking for a soft, cloud like mattress topper. After looking at all the different ones, I settled on this one. It was the perfect choice. It is soft and lofty with deep pocket to hug the mattress. I am in heaven when I go to sleep now. The topper is of good quality and well made.

Bought this for my aunt and though she said that is very comfortable with no back pain since sleeping on it, the topper did not raise to it full volume, even though she left it overnight and put it in the dryer. It is still a tad flat, but she is happy with it as her back pain is gone. It was delivered on time and came fully secured and well packed.

I ordered a 12 inch I wish I would’ve ordered a 14 inch because my mattress did not go all the way up to 12 inches and also I would have preferred it be more firmer it’s supposed to be medium firm but it’s a not as firm as I like it.

Impressed thus far with this very reasonably priced mattress pad. "Cloud-like" was a good description. Extremely soft top. Survived a first washing (cold and delicate cycle) just fine.
