I ordered this as an experiment as the mandrel is more costly. I replaced it piece for piece. Lubricated the parts after installation. In the several hours I have run the mower, it has ran flawlessly. I ordered two and I am happy.

This spindle us inexpensive enough that I bought a second unit as I screwed up replacing the 1st one. (Klutz 1st class). Works beautifully!!

This spindle with lower and upper bearings and grease zerk is for Husqvarna Z254 F zero turn mower sold by Lowes. Spindle housing with spindle is very expensive. From the description of spindle housing it is steel (more than $65) and not aluminum ($35) like other mowers. I expected no damage to housing so I purchased this unit instead. I am very glad I did. I got three of them, less than $20 each, but only needed one. Lesson: have to grease spindle more than once in 3 years. Buy the moly grease for this. I removed the mower deck, which is very easy on this model (YouTube Husqvarna deck repair). That made replacement easier. No problem replacing belt (Husqvarna genuine 592951801) either.

No bottom washer or blade bolt even though stated in the ad to be included.

Bought this shaft kit instead of buying entire cast iron mandrel which was fine - Kit had everything I needed and is simple to install - For those who need to know I used it on a 2021 Husqvarna TS348XD - Very good

Worked perfectly

Seared blade bolt off of my Dixon ZTR ULTRA. Replacement cast iron spindle cost $70 plus. Ordered this and it was direct replacement shaft. Did not come with blade bolt. Had bought bolt from local shop to replace broken one. So had it on hand to complete repair.
