We bought it because we got a new puppy, and we have rugs all over the house...It's incredible how this takes all the smells from the rugs/carpets... I had a rug that my daughter peed on it, and I was already thinking of throwing it away...After months of having the rug in the shed, I used the product and the smell was completely out...Seriously... I'm amazed by this product!!!

Initial try was abit perfumey but it faded quickly and seems to got rid of the urine smell.

First spray to actually work! Great thats its a decent size. My old dog regularly misses the puppy pads put down to help him as he is a slow mover these days! All solid floors so after mopping ,a spray, then wait before rinsing away. NOTHING has been so effective.value 10/10.

Definitely took odour away but that wasn’t exactly overpowerful. Staining wasn’t completely removed but it was a lot better

Does what it say on the bottle. Great value for money, definitely removes smells, very effective.You have to becareful whilst spraying as the spray pump is quite fragile. Apart from that I will be reordering.

We had high hopes for KINZUA Urine B-Gone, but unfortunately, it didn’t solve the problem. Despite following the instructions to the letter—soaking up the urine and thoroughly saturating the area with the cleaner—our puppy continued to urinate in the same spot on our living room carpet. It’s like the scent never fully disappeared, even though the product is supposed to neutralise odours completely.Oddly enough, she doesn’t mess in our kitchen, which has an LVT floor, but in the living room, she’d go back to the same spot every 5 minutes. This suggests the product isn’t effective at eliminating the odour to prevent repeat incidents.For something marketed as “professional-grade,” we expected much better results. It’s citrus-scented and smells pleasant initially, but if the odour isn't actually removed, it’s not doing its job. Sadly, this was a waste of money for us.

I got this. And have used it twice on a rug that a puppy has accident on Full rug was done with the carpet cleaner with this stuff. And still the smell is there if i could have a refund i would. Ask for my money back. Please dont waste your money on this. Defo not worth £30

My carpet was really bad. After using Urine B Gone, the room smelled good and the carpet was 100% better! I do recommend this product and would buy it again.

The product does as it claims. Spray the stains and wipe them off after 10 minutes. Great stuff.

Purtroppo non funziona per niente con l'urina di gatto. Ho fatto tre interventi su un acciottolato, sfregando anche le fughe con una spazzola e lasciando agire il prodotto ogni volta per diverse ore, ma l'odore non è stato eliminato. Deludente.

This product is great, I was able to clean my kids’ mattress and get rid of all the stains and it great to put some in the laundry. It completely gets rid of the smell.
