We could never get the back plate off so that we could attach it to the sticky pad on the wall. I was unable to install this product The minimal instructions that came with the dispenser were no help, and there were no instructions to be found online. Unfortunately, I wasn't ready to install it until more than 30 days after purchase, and so I can't even return it. It was also quite a lot of work to get the sticky pad back off my shower wall so that I could install another. The piece looked to be of good quality other than the fact that I was unable to install it.

Great for teenagers. Hard to open, wish they could improve how you refill it.

Difficult to get it together and stick to wall. Then hours after it was in shower, it fell off the wall. I’m returning it, difficult to get the cylinders open and then they were too heavy when they were filled, horribly horrendous

Purchased this product in Dec 2024, and by May 2025 with daily use, the spring and rubber washer have stopped functioning. I cleaned it out thinking the shampoo was sticking to it or some type of build up blocking it, but after a day was stuck again. The shampoo stopped dispensing and the push handle is stuck…now useless.

You have to keep a plastic tab like key to open the damn thing. There is nowhere to attach this plastic tab key so now go make another space somewhere and store your accessories for the shampoo caddy!!aaargh hate it! Looks like it opens so easy from their pictures. I’m so superiorly disappointed.

After the initial exasperation-which during you want to rip it apart-,I suggest you quit for a minute take a deep breath and get one of the keys, ignore the insts. and look at it-its curved-ok, dont see it hold- sideways got it now tilt the key back and insert in top of hole wiggle and it openshold it towards you, gently tilt the dispenser forward and remove it -hold the key the top square dosent push in it lifts slightly slide it off- Now repeat 3 times and now you have the base plate....EASY. , after doing everything I could to open it, I gave up went back and got a key out FRUSTRATED TO THE BREAKING POINT-THEN POOF. took 10 mins tops to mount , fill and make wifey happy. By the way no email, Co, name or phone number was a real turn off for me !INSTRUCTIONS SUCK HORRIBLY !
