Q: Can this be used on an induction hob.

The answer is Yes, but.... Induction hobs require pots/pans with quite a wide base. The Alessi works but you need to get it centred on the induction hob. I no longer use mine, over priced and the induction hobs heats too quickly, resulting in a far from perfect cup of coffee.

Q: With the reducer in place can I make just one or two cups in the 10 model?

Yes ... fill water 1/2 way, and use coffee to you taste 🤔

Q: Does anyony use this on an induction hob?

Yes ... if it’s induction friendly, if older non-induction model, you need to use an induction disc🤔

Q: Do you have a 10 cup Alessi with no black i.e,. All silver coloured?

This item is shiny mirrored stainless steel except the handle which has a bronze coloured finish. The dark area shown on the photograph is just shadow.
