Q: Is the product non-gmo?

No it is not. All organic products are GMO free. You can’t have them in organic products. There is also no GM wheat or barley on the market yet.

Q: Would the processing of this product allow it to be considered gluten-free?

There isn't gluten in wheat grass or barley grass. Gluten isn't present until the grain has reached maturity and you obtain the seeds from the top.
