JOYETECH ATOPACK Penguin 0.6ohm MTL Coil Head, Nicotine Free, 5.4 Watts, Electronic Cigarette

Ordered these to replace the coil that came with my Penguin, and coincidentally had to buy a new juice around the same time as getting these new coils. I put the new juice and coil in my e-cig, but the taste was off and burnt my throat (I hadn't burnt the coil). Assuming it was the liquid I took it back to the shop (they said it was the coil too), but just to be sure I got my old liquid. My old liquid tasted just as off and dried my throat. Either I've been given a faulty pack or the replacement coils have just been made badly. Would not recommend. I have sent them a message about a possible replacement and will change my review based on how well customer service is. (Delivery was amazing, came in a great little box and they were all individually wrapped, so points there. Just hope this problem can be fixed.)EDIT: They have offered to send out a new box free of charge as the one I received were defective. I tried three out of the five coils and they all seemed to be so it had to have just been a bad batch.

first two coils only lasted 48 hours a pieces, and i am a moderate vaper, only 4 to 6 ml a day. However, Vaporcombo sorted it, excellent customer service, highly recommend Vaporcombo as a seller, thank you Vaporcombo.Ok, so a lot of folk are getting dry hits, with coils only lasting a few day. So, get yourself a fine needle and gently push through the top of the coil (via the small wicking hole), make a couple of holes, gently push through until needle passes through the inner coil. This allows the coils to wick better, prevents cotton drying out, gives a better vape experience, makes coils last longer. Hope this helps.

I've been using my penguin vapes for years now and never had problems with the coils before, I only use it for walking the dog and shopping (total approx 1 hour a day) and on that basis I get between 6 - 8 weeks from the coils that I normally use. I tried these to save money by buying these but big mistake, I bought 2 boxes and wish I hadn't. I got 2 weeks out of one coil, 1 week out of most of the others and today I put a coil in and it was already gone. At the rate of use of approx 1 hour a day, that is just not good enough. Complete waste of money as I will now be throwing what's left of them out - there's only so many burnt coils my throat can put up with. I don't like writing bad reviews but unable to contact the seller.

Been using the .25ohm direct to lung coils in my penguin on and off for months now with no bother (with one caveat, use liquid with no more than 70%vg, ideally 50/50). Tried the mouth to lung .6ohm coil that came with it and nope no good, dry hit after dry hit. But so far so good. Bought the thinnest, runniest old school 30/70 vg/pg I could find (cola cube 8mg by VIP btw) and had no trouble with wicking. Vapour ok and flavour too. Let’s hope it last though, as quality control not great with these (or any Joyetech coils to be honest) coils

Worked fine for a week and now the penguin is glowing red hot and shooting vaper at me. Have used all in the pack but they are all the same. It must be the penguin which is a shame. Can't give them more than three as the penguin nearly killed me.

well made and the design means that the wick stays wet with your e-liquid right to the bottom

I've used these coils for months now and do the usual tricks …. Fluff the wick a little with a pin, leave overnight to absorb the vape juice.... Lucky if this batch last more than 1 day......
