I chose Surya Tapi Shilajit because it is said to be twice as effective as traditional boiled or fire-dried shilajit. Equally impressive is the fact that it has been lab-tested according to the standards of the Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia of India (API), ensuring it is free from harmful chemicals.I have incorporated this product into my daily routine because it is rich in fulvic acid, trace minerals, and bioactive compounds. It is suitable for both men and women who want to enhance their immunity, as well as their brain and heart health. I highly recommend it, though I understand that some people may need to acquire a taste for it.

I believe this is the first sun-dried shilajit product I have tried so far. I like that this product's information includes a description of how the shilajit is processed over a roughly 90 day period. I also like that they provided a certificate of analysis including tests for heavy metals (none detected), and possible microbial contamination (amount is non-significant).I do note that the process uses cow's milk, so this would not be considered a vegan product, in case that is important to you. I assume any lactose would not be in any significant quantity, for those who are lactose intolerant, though I don't know that for sure.Like other shilajit products, this has a noticeable less-than-pleasant taste and odor, but I think it's just something to get used to. I didn't have any trouble mixing this in my morning coffee or tea.
