anyway it was easy to remove and replace
When this item arrived I could not unlock it or reset it , sellor advised me to force it open and he would send a new lock, had a bit of a grumble as how much this would cost him, excuse me, this was not my fault, anyway it was easy to remove and replace.don't put your crown jewels in...as it was easy to force, love the look of it, but will that zip last...mmmmm. I hope so.

Love the luggage
Love the luggage! Looked really big at first but compared with others, it’s just the same. Will fit upto 30kg of weight. Very pretty and shiny.

Poor quality
Quite poor quality but what would you expect for this price? I used to buy similar suitcase from another seller, thought it’d last a month but it was perfect for 5 years., thought it’d be the same but no.. so don’t expect much. Doesn’t look presentable anymore after just 1 trip.
