Been using to make homemade ranch and its working great. I used it for Christmas gifts this year.

I make a lot of mixes comprised of shelf stable powders such as gravies, bullions, soups, breads, ranch dressing, etc. One thing I must have on my panty shelf is buttermilk pancake mix. This powder has a myriad of other uses often giving a richer flavor to the dish over just milk. For ideas, run an internet search.
