Great bike and great customer service
The bike was easy to put together and rides like a dream, especially at this price point. Bought this for my wife and she is very happy with it and loves the color and how comfortable it is to ride. The original shipment came with a bent front wheel, but after talking to their customer support, they promptly sent me a new wheel at no charge to me. They were very helpful and super kind. I will absolutely be looking to them for any new bike purchases.

LOVE the bike!!, but assembly was not easy
I'm not sure what I (70+) was thinking to take on the challenge; did finally get it together "perfectly" with a few retries -- but couldn't get one pedal on (who knew that they screw in opposite; both are not "righty-tighty"). And then I took it to bike shop for safety check, to find out my brake wires were [laughable].It's fun in the neighborhood, and performed well this weekend for a 15-mile trail in the Everglades.

Very pretty and feels solid. Not too difficult to assemble. Haven't had a chance to ride it yet.
