I've been wanting a pad that's not confined to a chair, and I can also use it while lying on the bed or the ground. This vibrating pad is perfect! It's an evenly padded, black, rectangular mat (57.5 in. by 19.5 in.) that's approximately 2 in. thick and has a memory foam feel to it. Because of the flexibility this pad gives you you can certainly use it on a recliner (it comes with a strap on the back that lets you attach it to a chair/recliner), but it's also great on a bed or a a flat surface - my favorite way of using it is on the floor! The mat has several practical features. It is designed to target four body zones with vibrations: the shoulders, back, lumbar area, and legs. Pressing the mode button lets you select from five different combinations, depending on what you want to focus on. Mode 5 delivers continuous vibrations to all zones simultaneously. There is also a button for intensity, allowing you to select from three different levels. The heat feature is fantastic - it elevates the vibrating mat to a whole new level, but you can decide whether to use it by pressing the heat button. At 4.4 lbs, this is a heavier and sturdier mat. However, rolling it up like a yoga mat lets you take it to places because it fits in your car nicely. It's not bulky like some of the versions that are meant for use in a designated arrangement only; this mat has a lot of flexibility. One of my favorite uses is to unwind after workouts, relax, and let the heat soothe my sore muscles. I love that it delivers three different levels of vibrations, and the hum of the mat has a soft, white noise feel to it. I've taken this mat to many places, including camping - it's the perfect mat to relax on, and it's easy to store. It runs on electricity, so it needs to be plugged into an outlet while in use. Overall, excellent quality and five stars, for sure!

This was the 4th massage pad I bought on Amazon and the only keeper. It's comfortable to sit on all the time. The heat feature doesn't get as hot as my heating pads, but it's enough to give instant relief in my low back. The shiatsu rollers are too much for me, but the gentle vibration of this mat is perfect. I only use the steady low massage intensity, but I like that there are lots of massage types and intensities. The length is really good too. I'm 5'4" and I can feel the massage on my shoulders down to my ankles. My only complaint is that the strap doesn't reach around my recliner so I had to add something to it to make it reach. The pad isn't perfect, but it's great for folks with chronic pain (shout out to my Ankylosing Spondylitis peeps).

I am so highly impressed by this item. At first, I couldn't believe how lightweight and portable it was. It's so easy to move from chair to chair. It also doesn't take much much space once rolled up.Besides the portability, I'm also really happy with the different functions of this massage mat. It gives you 5 different preprogrammed massage modes. However - the best part - is that you also have the option to select between one and four areas to target. If you only want the massage on your legs, or instead on your back, you can select that area to target. This is where the product really stands out from its competition.There are also three different intensity levels and a heat option, which works well. It definitely gets hot - hot enough to be effective, but not uncomfortably so. The material on this mat is smooth and comfortable.Overall, I highly recommend this product. It's an excellent portable option out there on the market.
