This is the magic secret ingredient everyone should know about!
I love using toasted pumpkin seed oil in recipes, and this brand is soooooo rich and flavorful! I just have to add a dash to cooking oil to give it scrumptious richness, and it is absolutely delightful when drizzled on soups! If I want to change up my popcorn I’ll add a small amount to the butter, and a little dash of this also makes truffle oil ten times better on popcorn, pasta, and veggies. As a vegetarian, I make a mock chicken soup and add a small amount of pumpkin seed oil and toasted sesame oil to mimic the flavor of chicken fat, and even my carnivore friends can’t believe how good it is. It’s also great added to dipping oils, salad dressing — just about anything savory! (And also some sweet things like almond cookies or granola, or other things that could benefit from added richness) And La Tourangelle just has some of the best oils out there. I love the tin too. The oil stays fresh for sooooo long, which is great because you don’t have to use a lot to get the flavor, and the spout makes it super easy to drizzle or pour. It’s just a fabulous brand, and this is probably my favorite of all of their oils. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

A Nutty Twist to My Culinary Adventures
The La Tourangelle Roasted Walnut Oil has definitely added a nutty twist to my culinary adventures. As someone who is always looking for unique and healthy options, I was intrigued by the plant-based source of Omega-3 fatty acids that this oil offers. The flavor of this oil is rich and distinctive, with a deep nutty essence that adds a delightful complexity to dishes. I've used it in salads, drizzled over roasted vegetables, and even in some baking experiments. The results have been impressive, and the oil's ability to elevate the flavors of my creations is quite remarkable. One of the aspects that caught my attention is the attractive packaging. The dark glass bottle not only looks elegant but also helps preserve the oil's freshness and flavor. The pour spout is convenient and minimizes spills, which is always a plus in my kitchen. However, I must admit that the robust nutty flavor might not be everyone's cup of tea. It can be quite intense, so a little goes a long way. Additionally, the price point is a bit on the higher side, which might be a consideration for those on a budget.Overall, the La Tourangelle Roasted Walnut Oil is a flavorful addition to my pantry. Its unique taste and Omega-3 benefits make it a valuable ingredient, especially for those seeking a healthier oil option. While it might not be an everyday staple due to its distinct taste and price, it's certainly worth having for those special culinary moments when you want to add a nutty flair to your dishes.

Nice one
Wanted to try for wood working and it is not very well while raw, it's hardened but a bit soft (or need much more time)....But I eat it all, as supposed to be, while very tasty and nice. On a bit expensive side though. Overall good.
