I guess this is a good product. I've been taking them. They came for you with another supplement. Don't know much about this product actually. I know it is citrus so, I assume it's got vitamin C.

This contains grapefruit which isn't good if you're on cholesterol medication. I'm sure this is good for those not taking certain medications. Ask a pharmacy that has your prescriptions on file to see what you can take with it.
