Gets the job done

Needed a basic pedal for my midi controller and this works great. Good sensitivity and response. It's a little light but that's to be expected for the price. Overall, good value.

It's a sustain switch (rather than a sustain pedal that goes smoothly between 0-127 in terms of a scaled value), it's either on or off, 0 or 127. That may be an issue, maybe not. I personally like to play somewhere in the middle so I end up tweaking the sustain times on whatever piano software I use. I'd have preferred a range but I'm guessing that would have been much more expensive.So.The crux of the matter. It is a sustain footpedal for a very reasonable price. It's well built, sturdy, it works well. It's not going to be as solid or as feature packed as one costing 3-4 times the price but it is very good for the money. I largely get the effect I want when playing so I'm more than happy with it.

Got this sustain pedal as a last minute back up because my original one was playing up - through wear & tear I suppose; I’ve had it a number of years. I’ve only used this Imelod pedal with my Korg set up a few times and it does the job. It is lightweight though and I had to tape it down on a couple of gigs but I do look after my equipment, so I’m happy using it for now.

This pedal does it's job as it's meant to. However it is very bulky, and the wire is rather short for mine and most applications. Would be better if the wire was removable.
