It's good!
I've been using this for a few years now and it's alright. I think what separates this from other brands is the added vitamins. It may not be necessary if you take a multi-vitamin, but during your menstrual cycle, it could help a lot.Pros:It's sugar free, it aims to reduce cravings and it's sweet. There are recipes you can use to cook with, but I've never tried it... Probably would help... This stuff also fills you up, so it's great for a morning workout. Vanilla flavor is the best out of all of them, but nothing to brag about. Great with milk/soy milk.Cons:Better get a shaker ball, because it doesn't mix well. Going back to filling you up: If you don't down it right away, the shake becomes kinda frothy... Which I assume this frothiness is what helps keeps you filling full? However, I don't really want to drink more after a workout. So I am mixing 1-2 cups soy milk with one scoop. Otherwise its too much liquid and it goes warm too fast. Also, I've only had Vanilla and Chocolate, but there is a lot of cinnamon in these. Especially the chocolate. Kinda gross.I would say if you work out in the late afternoon/evening, you will not be hungry for a couple hours.... I had a change in my work shift and was working out at 6pm... Come home, pound one of those, and i'm stuffed. I tried having a small smoothie/meal before 10pm and got sick because my stomach was still full of the protein. It sucked because I couldn't' really eat anything before bed, but would wake up starving at 4am.

Delicious product, but I'm allergic to sucralose
I would give this product 5 stars, but I had to take a star away because after consuming this product for several weeks, I discovered I'm severely allergic to sucralose. This protein powder contains an unspecified amount of sucralose, and while it is disclosed on the packaging and not the company's fault I am allergic, experiencing allergy symptoms took away from my overall experience enjoying this product. If you are intolerant of or allergic to sucralose, please do not consume this product, you may experience symptoms such as swelling of the throat and nasal passages, severe chronic migraine headaches, fatigue, dizziness, and other various symptoms. Now, for the positives: this is the smoothest protein powder I've ever tried, and I absolutely loved the consistency and texture. It blended very nicely with 8-12 fluid ounces of water, and I would usually blend it with one whole banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter for the perfect smoothie. The vanilla cupcake blended well with pretty much any fruit or added ingredient, and it was absolutely delicious. I was not a huge fan of the chocolate eclair flavor; it had a bit of a dish soap aftertaste and was too strong in flavoring to really blend well with anything I added. :( Just my opinion, though. I will not be purchasing this product again only because of my allergy to sucralose, and I'll have to purchase a product without artificial sweeteners. If you do not have allergies, I would still recommend this powder to other customers, because it has great texture and is delicious.

Worth Giving A Try
I was reluctant to purchase it at first because the packaging seemed so gimmicky in Muscle Fitness for Her magazine--you know, the pink and "especially for women" notion. There may be a better non-hydrolyzed whey product out there, but this product hasn't disappointed me. It's non GMO, gluten free. It has the amino acids to assist with muscle recovery (which I do notice after a workout). The flavor is good without an overwhelming aftertaste. It dissolves well in grass-fed milk or water without a blender (if you're drinking it straight). It's only 28 grams of protein, but that lasts me for a few hours without feeling starved. And since the body only processes 30 grams at a time, it works fine for me since I'm not trying to actually gain weight or muscle bulk with my exercise. Typically, I'll have it for breakfast or after a work out. It's just important for me to keep my eating schedule. I don't feel sluggish after I've worked out. It kept me energized and since I've been substituting a meal with it and taking a Keto 7 supplement with it, I've been actually losing weight as well. So overall, I would say it's a good product.

Surpisingly decent
The product does help with bloating and keeping you regular. I haven't experienced weight loss but it has given me more energy. I do physical labor all day and have had no energy for the past couple years. I've tried several protein drinks including vegan along with fat burners like knockout and they did NOTHING for me but give me headaches and make me constipated no matter how much water I drank. The main complaint is that its not the best tasting and NOTHING like an eclair or cupcake. The eclair taste cinnominy. It tastes better mixed with milk as opposed to just water alone. If your and woman over 45 you might try this. I found it to be different from all the ones I have taken over the years. The recovery drink I like a lot.

Its Okay but taste is way too sweet.
The product is good. It has a lot of extra vitamins that my other one didn't. When I drank my old shakes after a workout I was never sore the next day. I used this one after my workout yesterday and I am pretty sore today. I am not sure if it is lower in amino acids than my old one. Plus, the taste is off. It is way too sweet. And I have to use two scoops to get the same protein level as one scoop as my other one. I will continue to use this one until it is out but I will be going back to my old product.

I did not enjoy it with water
I am really enjoying this protein....with milk, anyways. I did not enjoy it with water, but I knew I wouldn't before even trying it. Everything is better with heavy dairy! I mixed it with iced coffee and cream this afternoon and it's amazingly delish, yesterday I added some Ghirardelli cocoa powder and that gave it a nice little twist as well.I haven't had it long enough to know whether or not it's helping me physically more than any others, but it got great reviews and recommendations from people who really care about their protein (aka: body building . com), so I figure if I can find something on that list that I enjoy drinking, I'm doing pretty good, and this fits the bill.
