Vibrator feature is DEAD from the start.
I just got this a couple days ago. The heating feature works fine but the VIBRATOR feature does not work at all. The troubleshooting guide does not address this issue/problem. I went online to see if I could find something and could not. I'm guessing I'll have to send it back.
