Pretty cool compact drone. It was for my kid's 9th birthday. Great for indoor flight. The phone view flight, I don't recommend it, there's no way we're flying it that way. It's pretty compact and straight forward. I have RC plane, chopper, and drone experience so I've got the flight down, however my son, it's challenging yet it's excellent for the first timer. (He wants to fly my stuff) Great for learning, guilt free, not too expensive if he crashes and ends up destroying the drone. It is pretty resilient to crashes and boy has he's crashed it. It comes with a few prop replacements, haven't had to use them yet! The prop guards are doing their job. I may just buy another so I can fly with him in the house.

First off, I am just a big kid disguised as an adult and I have to admit, before ordering this, I was a bit intimidated about trying out a drone. I have had experience flying smaller RC helicopters, so I thought this would be the next evolutionary step in R/C flying. This is a great drone for beginners and intermediates alike. The features it is loaded with actually made it easier to fly and become comfortable with than the smaller RC helicopters I have previously flown. To add to the enjoyment of flying this drone, I love that it has an HD camera onboard. You simply download the app to your phone, and your are able to attach the phone to the controller (which actually holds the phone very nicely).If you are curious about getting into drone flying and don't want to spend a ton of money, this is THE drone to get. Very affordable, great features and an HD camera is a nice bonus, especially for the price. It also comes with 2 batteries so you can still fly while the other battery is charging. I guarantee you’ll have fun with this drone.By the way, my 12 year old son loves it and it’s so user-friendly that he has no trouble at all controlling it.
