Love these gummy‘s easy to digest I would recommend them, but I wish they were weren’t so pricey and they give you the energy you needed for the day

So far, these are the OK gummy. The taste is just awful. They taste like lotion that you may have gotten in your mouth.. ugh. I feel that the need for improvement on the flavor would be warranted but other than that if you can get past the taste, they are OK.

I had a bone density test and doctor recommended D3. I do not do well with pills so these gummies do the trick for me. I chose these with K2 to help with absorption. The flavor is not overwhelming and the gummies stay soft. They stick together a bit but not too bad. I just started taking them in the last month so not sure yet about their effectiveness.
