The chair is amazingly comfortable, I really like the message pillow.

Chair is very comfortable. The only negative are the wheels. My husband ordered a different set, roller blade wheels, to maneuver better.

Screw C was stripped and the massaging pad doesn’t work
It’s pretty rigid, but might soften up over use so less concerning than 1 of 3 small bolts holding the 135° leaning back was stripped and unusable. Not really comfortable leaning back with only 2 small bolts holding the back on. Those two small bolt are placed horizontal and the 3rd which was unusable was for the vertical support.Also, the massaging pad doesn’t turn on at all. Which was one of the selling points.
